Birthday Cake Fixer

So, my bundle of joy turned One. One month that is. And mommy being the person that she is made a family get together and celebrated his first month of life.
I made him a cake from Pillsbury (devil chocolate) that was sooo good and tried to frost it. For some reason small pieces of chocolate mixed with the vanilla frosting and it lookes chocolate chip like, but ugly.
How to fix it? Sprinkles. Yes, sprinkles. It covered up the ugly parts and everyone thinks it was on purpose. And it matched the candle.

DYI Baby Wipes Case Cover

When you have a baby everything changes. You want everything to be perfect and nice. You want to show off your mothering skills and your crafting skills. Everyone assumes that you have to make things for your baby, and to an extent you do. We google and youtube information on how to do baby clothes and accessories to show off our baby in. I have always done crafts and crochet. So when I have my own bun in the oven and wish to make all sort of *cute* things for him. The drawback is that there aren't a lots of things to make for a boy. There is a lot of sexism in the crochet and crafting world. So I try to make the things that I can. Here I will be making (or covering up) a baby wipes case. The pamper's and huggies' little cases are perfect for this and relative inexpensive.

Materials:

Baby Wipes Case
Fabric
Ribbon embroider
Glue gun
Sissors

Use the wipe cover to measure and cut the fabric, then glue it on around the edges. Then do the same thing with the lace.
Its fairly simple you just have to be careful of not getting burn by the hot glue.
Have I ever mentioned I love the glue gun. I will have to keep it out of reach when the Prince gets to the walking stage.

Well do e-mail me if you have any questions.
